Yup 8 entire days.....
Maybe I should be thankful that they lasted over a week before getting broken?
Now for the tough part. None of the stores around here have that frame in stock anymore. We ended up calling Madison and planned on going up on Saturday to get some new ones. Then I got a brilliant idea to have them shipped here to the Janesville store....but right after I got off the phone with them the store in Rockford called and they just opened up a box from a new shipment and it had the right pair! YEAH! If you remember from post below if anything happened to them we had to pay 50%.....yeah, not looking forward to that.

but on a happier note, abb and i are coming to the baptism! we talked about it today and im way excited! :)

so sad! Vienna's lasted a month or two before they were snapped in half. But only a week or so before they got a huge gouge in the lens. The frame though was under warranty, so full coverage, but it did take a couple weeks to get in. Vienna is a lot more careful about where she takes off her glasses and horsing around and such now.
Hope this next pair last longer!
Hi, I'm glad you found our blog! That's totally fine :). I didn't realize you knew Abbie's family. Abbie's family has been so great and we love them so much. We met a whole slew of family and friends while we were in Michigan but it's all a blur now. I'm glad you were able to find us!

Wow, what a bummer. It's totally unpredictable, I guess. Some pairs lasted us for an eternity and there were a few that didn't have the best of luck. It's totally hit or miss. Good luck with the next pair!
